Xiaofang Liu is a Study Coordinator at the Center on Poverty and Social Policy in the Columbia School of Social Work. Her work focuses on managing the Robin Hood Poverty Tracker Study Chinese Oversample. She holds a Ph.D. in Social Work from Fordham University and an MSW from the University of Hong Kong. With over twenty-five years of professional experience, Xiaofang has a diverse background encompassing gerontological service, medical social work, palliative and end-of-life care, NGO management, and social work research in China and the United States.
