Christopher Yera is a Research Analyst at the Center on Poverty and Social Policy in the Columbia School of Social Work. He conducts data analyses of policy proposals aimed at reducing poverty and economic insecurity and microsimulation analyses of potential policy reforms at the local and national levels. Yera began working at the center as an undergraduate student at the university, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Columbia College.
